"L’uomo e la natura" seeks to cater to all those who wish to eat healthily, safeguarding both the environment and their own wellbeing: it is of little importance that the underlying consumer choice is based on a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle or simply stems from the desire to experiment with new tastes and recipes to increase the vegetable intake. As well as selecting high quality produces from Italian farms, we pay great attention also to the flavor of our Fette Vellutate cuts, that are undeniably capable of delighting every palate.

The story behind our products is that of an ordinary family like many others: it is the story of Andrea and Ilaria, who believes that the fundamentals of people's well-being start with a healthy diet based on wholesome food and, above all, a greater daily intake of greens and vegetables. But how is it possible to make them tasty and appealing even to children, ready for consumption at all times, and at the same time healthy and easy to prepare?

Ilaria started experimenting in the kitchen, using only the finest vegetables that her husband was sourcing from the best producers, while respecting the environment. This is how the idea came about to create soft, smooth slices that could be enjoyed anywhere, whether at home for a quick meal, or in recipes that are always new and imaginative, either for outdoor trips or for a snack. They had to be tasty, healthy, and appealing even to children, but above all they had to be made of real vegetables. This deep passion, coupled with intuitive branding, gave rise to a highly successful business venture, aimed at making this new variety of vegetable-based delicacies available to all: what other tricks does Ilaria have up her sleeve when it comes to creative and healthy cooking?
